:( I implore you to reconsider, if possible. One of my interests concerns mild injuries; sights like this are a bit breathtaking. Once you get used to things like gangrene or frostbite, most trauma starts to gain a sense of wonder and beauty that's not quite matched by other interests. (Rotting fruit has a similarity, but it's not very humanistic, and I don't feel any empathy).

I shan't force my interests on you, of course. But, if you ever have a dreary afternoon without anything to do, I urge you to look into mild injuries that are relatively uncommon (I find much squeamishness to come from empathy, as trauma that's easily contracted can easily happen to us) such as plane accidents if you don't fly or auto accidents if you don't drive. Even things like accidental drownings or chlorinated eyes, if you don't swim, are a good starter because the problems aren't very visible.

At any rate, one of my pet theories is that learning to appreciate the beauty in even the most grotesque parts of medical injury can lead to a wider range of fetishes -- in application to this thread, you might gain your foot fetish back, plus some more fetishes, to boot.
