This looks very terrible, but could, in fact, be mundane in the place this image was taken. However, a cursory search engine research instance implies that the scene depicted is, in fact, terrible.

The train interior appears to be similar to that of the Red Arrow.

I'm not crazy; at worst, visually impaired. However, I implore you to compare this map of Moscow's subway system with the map to the woman's right.

I do concede that the interiors are not as similar as I first thought, however.
