Pretty sure those owls are fake. No claws on the big one (and it's feet look kinda funny), and its tail and wing feathers look suspiciously round, like they're made out of something other than feathers.

And I doubt it'd venture out of the nest with a baby that size, anyway.

I think he talks about d&d. There is no 3rd edition in MTG, as far as I know. Alpha -> Beta - Unlimited -> Revised -> Fourth

or something like that.

However, I would make it a 6/6 trample and 1G Regenerate for 5GG

        It's felted. Also, OP may have intended to show some nice felted creations, as felted animals are often artsy and can be found all over Etsy.

        EDIT: Oh, it's a repost. Still, I'll be the devil's advocate here and observe that the responses in this thread seem to call out 'fake! fake!' when the purpose of this thread was to show a felted creation rather than pass off as real owls.

          I was out one night, about 1 or 2am, I was practicing my stickfighting technique with a 5' staff on an earthen mound(cheesy, I know) when out of the darkness a beast came and hovered inches from my face, it was hard to tell what it was because of the darkness and lack of any sound, but I felt a slight breeze on my face. I then recognized the shadow of death before me, a Barn Owl. It flew back to the roost it spawned from, and I was relieved.

          my staff is cool, it is boxelder, and has a bend to it, so you can fight with it like a sword or staff, or even throw it. I have a poplar cane I made, too, a baton/vampire staker of sorts. The Owl was strange, I just froze and stood up as straight as I could. My grandfather was attacked by an owl that landed on his head, so I'm scared of them, too. I think this one was just curious, though, because he was there for maybe a second, but I am 100% sure I could see his outline. No sound at all.

          Had had a awesome dream last night about owls.

          My dad was super rich and had a big ass mansion. I was walking through the house when I spotted an owl just chillin. I shood it out of the house cause I assumed it was wild. But no. My dad comes running to me all like "What are you doing? That's my pet owl". So he opens the door and three owls come flying on and landing in me. For some reason I didn't freak out and accepted the owls. Later that night my dad had a party and I was drinking what looked like gentlemans jack straight from the bottle. Not sipping, but drinking like a water bottle. I then proceeded to knock over some expensive white wine and it turned the carpet red. Not knowing why the white wine turned red on the caroet, I freak out. I tried cleaning it up with red wine. Smart me right. My dad sees the spilled wine and blames the owls. I felt so bad but didn't confess. The owls were fine and I'm upset I had to wake up for work this morning. I really enjoyed that dream, being rich with owls and all that.

          I work in owl rehabilitation; before Reddit ever got ahold of this picture I knew they weren't real owls, because real owls don't look like this.

          I'm just giving you the facts. Whether you want to accept that your friend is not as honest with you as you'd like or not is your business, but if you continue to believe these are living owls at some rehab, you're wrong.
