Ok those numbers suck. They may have less guns, but what are the murder #'s. Crazy people will kill if they want to kill. Whether its with a knife or a gun or a bomb he made from shit from the grocery store. Being able to have a gun in my home makes me feel safer.

This is completely ignorant! Saying that guns kill people is like saying spoons make people fat! Last time I checked, MURDER is illegal. So of they make guns illegal, I don't think a murderer will obey the law. If they feel like murdering someone, they'll find a way! Pillows, ropes, knives, glass, poison can all be used for murder. So making handguns illegal will do NOTHING! If they're going to break the law and MURDER someone, I think they'll find a way (legal or not) of obtaining a weapon!

Im absolutely shure that if there were someone even if it is teachers or the principles armed this kind of thing could be stopped. It takes cops/swat at a minimum 5minutes to get there. With a full automatic wepon 5 minuts might as well be 5days. when planes were targeted by people like this what did they do? They put a marshal with a gun on each plane and ones even before you ever get in the building. Maby i havent been paying attention.to the news much but as far as i know sence that happened not much if any thing has happened.

Alright first things first, if you're going to be involved in an educated discussion, please use correct grammar. And second, people are pushing for guns to be banned, so if they're banned, teachers won't have access. There are many ways things can happen. Someone could run a car into a building, release carbon monoxide, get a hold of lethal drugs, all kinds of possibilities!

If all guns are banned then what are cops going to use? Even if they are illigal people can still fet them. lots of drugs are illegal yet they are still hear. Murder in general is illigal guns or no guns. So when you actualy use the commen sence you were born with. You will see that no matter what this kind of thing ( and trust me i wish nothing like this could happen ) is going to happen

Yup and obesity, smokeing, and diabetes killed a lot more than that. So lets not group all the bad owners with the good hmm? Im a hunter and have never used my guns for anything but puting food on the table. also maby spend the time you are trashing people who own guns and worrie about the kids.
