It's Polar Bear Cafe, it began airing in Spring and it's still ongoing last I heard.

It's a nice show, but it's really starting to drag in parts...

P.S. Hey, OP, did you even try reverse-image-searching for it? If you put it into google, it gives you "shirokuma cafe llama gif", and the second page is the wikipedia article for the anime.

Go to http://images.google.com and press the camera icon in the search field and you can choose to either upload an image or enter a URL. You can also just drag and drop an image onto the search field.

If anyone is interested, this show has probably one of the best voice casts airing at the moment (literally every popular seiyuu is on the show right now) and it has one of the best OPs of the year. I had to stop watching due to college, but it has about 50 episodes planned right now so don't worry about it ending too soon!

I've been following it since it started in Spring. To be honest, its one of the only shows that gets me laughing simply because their jokes are funny, and not because of some reference to other anime.
