Had or have?

It can be corrected, from a young age, or surgical when older. I have it, very minor... looks a bit like im slouching hats all - certianly not worth the hassle of doing anything about it.

At work, in my office setting - we have these occupational health - H&S kind of people to check our desk position and all that stuff. I normally ask them if they know how to deal with kyphosis and no one yet so far knows what it is - so how can they tell me (or anyone else for that matter) the best way for me to sit? These people are not trained to deal with it, only to try and match people to diagrams.
