Sorry but that's not healthy. I do not appreciate the idea that fat is healthy. It is not and costs this country a lot of money in healthcare costs because people can't admit they're unhealthy.

She's seems healthy to me. Her skin has a healthy glow to it. The skin is the largest organ in the body and if it's glowing then that can only mean that the person is in good health.

She's sitting in a wheelchair. Our bodies can handle only so much weight. If a person is overweight or obese, they face considerably more medical problems then if a person is skinny.

What would possess someone to want to eat a whole block of cheese? It sounds so unappetizing. If she was eating like a dozen donuts or a huge bag of chips or some other thing that's horribly bad for you but tastes delicious I could totally understand, but a whole block of cheese without any crackers or anything?
