Whoever puts these together, with the subtitles saying more than (or something completely different from) what the character is saying, needs to be shot. Shot through the heart. Because they're to blame. They give gifs a bad name.

I feel this though, I'm well-known in a particular sector of the internet and I keep that out of much of my irl life, so when it comes up and I have to deal with it in front of friends not particularly aware, it feels a little awkward. And I hate having to try and make the case that "I'm kind of a big deal on the internet."
