The funny thing is, this gif was taken from somewhere else, posted on reddit, then reposted over and over and over and over. So for the gif to make sense, the man would have had to steal it from someone else's garbage can, blow his nose in it, eat it, shit it out, eat it, shit it out, eat it, endlessly. At some arbitrary point 9gag would be the woman coming along and also eating some. Then reddit (the man) would get furious that the woman stole it's content (the boogers).

Then for it to really fit, the man(reddit) would then go home to defend and enable the exploitation of minors.

My dad did something of the sort one Thanksgiving a few years back. My little sis was still in diapers so he took a clean diaper, put a couple scoops of pumpkin pie in it, smeared it around. He then came into the family room to show my mom the "huge load" my sister had just pooped out, took a sniff of it and licked it.

We had to deep clean the vomit out of the carpets.

I can't remember exactly where I believe it was on a British comedy show. I can't provide the exact source but I remember it was just a prank to see bystanders' reactions to it. I believe that the "snot" is actually caramel.
