I know the feeling. The place I work currently sucks at scheduling because they don't understand the concept of schedule the people you have, not hire more fucking underage faggots.

possibly because the employees don't understand to be polite and do there job rather than bitching about "under-age faggots".

and the under-age part should only matter if you were looking to sexually violate them, which would be another reason not to schedule you to work.

No, not really. You don't know my job like I do. They schedule more people than we need. So I get my hours cut because they don't know how to schedule people.

so, before you write me off for not knowing your job... care to elaborate on what said job is?

Edit:

Based on the limited information in your two posts... I would put you in retail, construction, or factory production.

I'm not gonna make a big fight out of this. I work in retail, and my job sucks but I go to them all the time telling them to schedule me more and yet.. every week I get scheduled less than 10 hours.. Sometimes not even at all and whenever I do work, I always see new people and it bugs me that they would rather hire more people than schedule me. Also, it's not just me... a lot of my coworkers that have been there for as long as me and those who have been there longer than me are getting hours cut.

That is called phasing out the people who are not as energetic about their job... or moving in new people who will do the same job for less pay.
