To be fair it's not impossible at all that this happened. My mom's named Gerd aswell, and if this old lady were to come from northern Europe 'Irma' could easily also be part of her name.

Sure it's a great coincindence, but far from impossible.

As an employee of pizza hut I can safely say this was a carryout order placed in the store and the csr didn't want to ask the lady's name (since they already know the face matched to the order) our store does this and names people black shirt or carryout all the time.
