i see this happen a lot at the PATH stations (except without the tripping). Makes me so angry.

Also, why do people insist on rushing into the train car before letting exiting passengers out? I get it, you need to get on the train but..........there will be more room if you let people off first. Seriously.

[–]kaiserbun 57 points58 points ago

It's heading toward the true extreme edge of self centered/destructive behavior. I'll never forget the time on the Uptown 2 platform when a middle aged woman tried to force her way onto a car that was completely unloading and ended up getting knocked on her ass and trampled. It was terrible of course but I had to wonder how many times she'd willfully put herself at risk that way in comparable situations. There really needs to be a serious evaluation of the rising level of this type of weird Narcissistic behavior.

[–]redheadedfury 9 points10 points ago

I dread taking the PATH/subway just because of how people act. I know everyone wants to get on the train and find an empty seat, but it's really not that serious that you need to stand directly in front of the opening doors and then push everyone out of your way so you can get it. You can't wait 30 seconds (okay, a minute tops??) to get on the train?

Same goes with people who push past everyone waiting in line to get on the bus first so they can get an empty seat. Nobody likes to stand, but come on.

[–]kaiserbun 7 points8 points ago

Some of it has to do with people's natural fear of all that heavy steel and concrete and electricity. Then there's the natural fear that the doors are going to close on you and that's understandable, it's happened to me and it's unpleasant. I've never been trapped by a malfunctioning set of doors but Samuel L. Jackson actually did. He got dragged by an uptown train a good long way down the platform after his foot got caught in the doors and the train started moving which is not supposed to even be possible.

One of my clients runs an elevator and escalator repair company in the city and you hear similar stories. People get anxious around them and unfortunately the fear is justified because bad things can and do happen around any type of heavy equipment but that anxiety becomes a factor in itself. If that's part of the reason why people block the doors like that it's ironic though. "Out of my way! I have to get on here now because I'm scared for my life! Don't you understand?"

[–]monkeytorture 0 points1 point ago

The PATH is the worst with this.

[–]redheadedfury 0 points1 point ago

The PATH is the worst with everything.

[–]NeckBeardNegro 0 points1 point ago

Risk vs reward, her calculations must have been off /s narcissists don't calculate.

[–]troymccluresf 6 points7 points ago

When people do that on Muni/BART here when I'm trying to exit, I just body-block them. I'm coming off, so are forty people behind me, I'm gonna get you the hell out of the way.

Same for people standing at the door but refuse to move to let you get off.

[–]vbevan 2 points3 points ago

Yeah, I'm a big guy (about 100 kgs) and it's a fun game. See how many people trying to cram on before the train is empty you can knock over.

[–]thbt101 4 points5 points ago

A similar issue with buses... don't exit through the front door, exit through the back door so the people waiting to get on don't have to wait for you to exit before they can start boarding.

[–]redheadedfury 5 points6 points ago

And have your money ready when you get on the bus, for fucks sake. I can't stand when I see people just standing there waiting (while I'm waiting as well) and then they get on the bus and start counting out change. Why couldn't you do that when you were waiting? Was the staring into space more important?

[–]ZeroError 1 point2 points ago

99.993% of our buses have only one door. People usually get it, but sometimes, just sometimes, somebody will try and force themselves on. I've seen bus drivers chew them out more than once - that's the best bit.

[–]thbt101 1 point2 points ago

Oh, yeah for buses with one door people should certainly let people get off first.

[–]blue_clock 0 points1 point ago

Yea seriously, I don't understand this. I always tell people "better out first than in". And I jokingly tell them its like farting, its better to let it out than in.

[–]redheadedfury 0 points1 point ago

I always run off the train the second the doors open because I'm so happy to get out of there. Public transportation is my living nightmare :( PERSONAL SPACE PLZ.

[–]ShittyTitleAlert 0 points1 point ago

You're asking why people from New Jersey are impolite. Think about that.

[–]dhc23 357 points358 points ago

Watched 20 times in a row. Not bored yet.

[–]hypnoguy1 410 points411 points ago

Ok, so I've watched it over and over and I've concluded that the woman was in the right. Here's why:

The camera misses it, but she actually puts a ticket into the machine so that she can pass through. That machine turns backwards out of the station without the need for a ticket. That's the direction the man was heading. If she had put the ticket in, she needed to get through before he turned it the other way or her ticket would have gone to waste. Not to mention, I don't know where this is, but surely there's a designated exit? Why is he using the turnstiles? This isn't as one dimensional as it seems.

[–]Miz_Mink 134 points135 points ago

By George you're right, it looks like she swiped a card. From watching this it really wasn't evident to me that she was clearly in the wrong. I like my justice unequivocal, and this didn't hit the spot.

[–]graybush333 21 points22 points ago

She's still in the wrong imho though. She could clearly see him walking up far before she even got to the card swipe. She just didn't want to wait in the other line for another 5 seconds. Thus, other people saw her going through, and began lining up behind, which in turn makes the gentleman have to wait even longer.

[–]s1295 16 points17 points ago

First off, he wasn't going the wrong way. At locations like these the entrance is also the exit so you should yield at one of the turnstiles to allow people to leave.

Secondly, she noticed him before she swiped her card. It's very obvious that she rushed to swipe her card so that he would have to yield to her.

If you watch the video you can see her looking right towards him up until she starts to go through, at that point she avoids eye contact and looks towards the ground because she knows she just did something rude.

by Dracius, 1 year ago

Sidenote: She may or may not be a bitch, but please don’t physically harm anyone.

[–]Deluxe754 87 points88 points ago

I'm pretty sure there is an exit just to the right of the turnstiles (where the mop bucket is). I'm pretty sure the man was in the wrong here.

[–]Rflkt 27 points28 points ago

Yup. Normally if there are turnstiles to get in then there is an exit gate (or the like) next to it for people trying to leave.

But, looking at the vid, there doesn't seem to be one.

[–]Ebenezer_Wurstphal 19 points20 points ago

Depends on the city. Boston MBTA certainly doesn't

[–]irbJeremy 10 points11 points ago

NYC MTA usually doesn't either. Not that i've witnessed

[–]lionheartednyhc 7 points8 points ago

Was about to say this. Trying to leave the subway when rush hour is starting can be quite frustrating.

[–]alexanderpas 0 points1 point ago

one way gates, depending on traffic.

[–]goodtoy 1 point2 points ago

There are exit gates at a lot of the NYC stations that I can think of (they don't look like the turnstyles, they're the big metal revolving door like things? It's hard to describe them). But they aren't at every station exit. Of course, a lot of people also just use the emergency exit door when they feel like it.

[–]HellsAttack 11 points12 points ago

Bostonian here. If I stick my Charliecard in the turnstile, I'm walking through. Move it or lose it pal.

[–]HeWhoWas 6 points7 points ago

You could be featuring in one of these posts sometime...

[–]Rflkt 1 point2 points ago

That's true. Exit gates allow for better/increased flow of traffic for people leaving, but it doesn't track the traffic so I'd assume that that's why subways use them instead of gates.

[–]HellsAttack 0 points1 point ago

Nah, but we do have the double wide "Reduced Fare" gates at most T stops. Lets plenty of people exit.

[–]forbore 1 point2 points ago

Same for Montreal. Apart from a few stations here and there, you must use the turnstiles to get out.

[–]graybush333 2 points3 points ago

Yeah, I'm thinking that was just a fence to keep people from walking anywhere but the turnstiles. Normally if it were an exit gate it would have a little sign saying "exit" on it.

[–]Rflkt 1 point2 points ago

Yeah, I rewatched it and it doesn't look like a gate.

[–]IWillEatYourChildren 0 points1 point ago

If you look to the left of the turnstiles you can see what I think is one of those outwards opening bars for exiting.

[–]Rflkt 0 points1 point ago

Possibly, but would they allow you to exit behind a staff/ticket(?) taker person?

[–]IWillEatYourChildren 0 points1 point ago

Don't understand why they wouldn't.. Not exactly like you can sneak past.

[–]Rflkt 0 points1 point ago

Safety issues

[–]HornyGundam 3 points4 points ago

those are used for handicapped people.

[–]thaxela 4 points5 points ago

Everywhere I've been you exit to the right, enter to the left. In Toronto, turnstyles go both ways to adjust for heavy incoming/oncoming traffic.

The bitch didnt want to wait in line so she was going in through the out door. Her fault.

[–]starlinex 5 points6 points ago

If it was the "out" door, why would the option to put your ticket be on that side?

[–]thaxela 0 points1 point ago

Turnstyles go both ways. It's the in and out door. But there is clearly a turnstyle to enter, and a turnstyle to exit. This is evident by one side having a line and the other being free so people can exit.

[–]bdpf 0 points1 point ago

Hey! Whats with the red warning?

Nice toe tap, tho. <<>>SMILE<<>>

[–]FataOne 1 point2 points ago

I don't even know where you're seeing a line. It looks like a small group of people who are going through both turnstiles. There's certainly no clear line for either turnstile.

[–]thaxela 0 points1 point ago

I'd say about 95% of the people in that GIF have the sense to enter to the right. The only time they go through the other one is after the woman rudely pushed her way through.

[–]FataOne 0 points1 point ago

I don't know how you can say that. All we see is a guy going through the right one, the woman going through the left, and a crowd of people behind them who could end up going to either one. We have no idea who was using what beforehand. On top of that, I'm not convinced the turnstile on the left is an exit. Anytime I've ever seen a setup like that, the exit is elsewhere and is clearly marked.

[–]thaxela 0 points1 point ago

I guess things are different where you live, which would leave this discussion unsolved until we knew where the picture actually took place.

However I stand by my statement that the left turnstyle in the photo has a line-up behind it of people waiting to insert their payment and enter the turnstyle. The right does not, which (according to where I'm from and the way the transit system works in Toronto) one could be led to assume that it is the exit turnstyle.

I stand by entering/exiting to the right.

[–]FireFightinChick 5 points6 points ago

Yes- I think he's exiting an entrance and just being a giant asshole. The woman was rude and pushy too, but he's trying to exit while dozens are trying to enter.

[–]troymccluresf -1 points0 points ago

If it's truly an entrance, then wouldn't be physically able to exit through there.

[–]frofrodajimmyboy 1 point2 points ago

And we don't see anyone physically able to exit through there.

[–]waxmycrax 3 points4 points ago

There's no excuse to trip a woman either way. So he's in the wrong no matter what.

[–]HDLSS 1 point2 points ago

probably not. A lot of public transportation requires you to "check in" and out as they charge you by distance traveled, not rides taken.

[–]C0mmun1ty 0 points1 point ago

Isn't that just a fence there?

[–]monstereddit 1 point2 points ago

Another person clearly comes up behind the man aiming to go thru the turn style, there is an 'attendant' on only 1 side of the styles, the woman was in the wrong. It appears that 1 of these turn styles was designated for exit.

[–]_CitizenSnips_ 2 points3 points ago

I think you may be right, it looks like everyone is using the left one and she decides she wants to use the one that people apparently use to exit the place. In any case, if they both are in the wrong simultaneously, You can't rule out the fact that she could have said a filthy comment when they bumped into each other. The guy doesn't look like a douche or a jock that would do that kind of thing to make a macho point, he looks like the kind of guy that would do this because she deserved it.

[–]graybush333 0 points1 point ago

Yeah, that's how I feel. On the one hand, dude shouldn't have stooped that low. On the other, bitch totally deserved it, not because it's cruel, but because it could teach her the lesson she needs to learn.

Do unto others, etc.

[–]FuckYouYoureDumb -2 points-1 points ago

Wow! You can tell a person's complete personality profile just by looking at a 3 second low-res .gif! You're amazing!

[–]_CitizenSnips_ 2 points3 points ago

needs more sarcasm

[–]carmooch 0 points1 point ago

I think your're right. You can see the lady wearing the vest in the background begin to line-up in the left lane, then move to the right lane when she sees the woman go through. Seems like proper etiquette was to go through the left lane.

Although vest lady is a bit of a b**** as well, you can see her push in front of another lady in the left lane just before she jumps into the right lane.

[–]LastImmortalMan 0 points1 point ago

The real assholes are the 1-2 people after the lady who is tripped. The obviously see that the guy is trying to get through the gate at first (right or wrong) but then once the lady goes through they just line up there anyways.

[–]Miz_Mink 0 points1 point ago

You know I wonder though, I know in Toronto the turnstiles where you swipe your card are one-way. He might not have been able to go that way at all.

[–]rugbysuperstar 1 point2 points ago

still, he was almost out at the point where she was swiping the card so it was still very inconsiderate and rude.

[–]TesticleToe 48 points49 points ago

Every time this gets posted, this discussion happens. I searched a bit, but I can't find any of the threads as they're all named different things.

This is what I remember from most of those discussions. These turnstiles are both entrances and exits. Right-of-way goes to people exiting. He's at the turnstile first. If she was in the right, why would she refuse to make eye contact and look down?

These turnstiles are both entrances and exits. Right-of-way goes to people exiting.

This is a completely insane system and I find it hard to believe it could actually work without descending into chaos with events like the ones in the GIF (especially at a busy time like rush hour). Every train system I've used (overground or metro) has always had designated entrance and exit stiles. Can you or anyone else please provide a citation to back this up?

EDIT: Found this further down in the comments that suggests you're correct. I'd say the fault is with neither party, but rather with the bus company that designed such a stupid system that made something like this inevitable. As an Englishman I am outraged.

[–]tiwuno 1 point2 points ago

I've used this system many times in bus stations, train stations, and airports; this is the first example I've seen of a problem arising.

[–]mickcube 0 points1 point ago

given the respected order of the london underground, i would not expect any englishman to put up with the nonsense of any other metro system worldwide.

"please stand to the right" should be an internationally enforced law.

[–]lynn 0 points1 point ago

I just have to address that last bit: "If she was in the right, why would she refuse to make eye contact and look down?"

I am an introvert and it takes a lot of effort to look into people's faces. With all those people around, I would look down and move forward whether I'm wrong or right (though I like to think that I'm always right, or at least I don't know if I'm wrong). It's almost impossible to look up.

[–]Revslowmo 8 points9 points ago

The second women is a bigger bitch, she sees all this happen and switches sides to yet again block him.

[–]JCXtreme 6 points7 points ago

He's halfway through before she starts. Justice was served.

[–]jacobo 4 points5 points ago

this happened in Bogota, Colombia, bus station.

i remember the news

[–]fronteir 0 points1 point ago

this was in the news??

[–]samferrara 4 points5 points ago

Not to mention it wasn't really that big of a deal in the first place and the guy who tripped her could have easily been charged with something, especially if she actually injured herself. Isn't it easier to just let her walk by, even if she is in the wrong?

[–]marty86morgan 1 point2 points ago

Easier for him? Yes. Easier for everyone else she rudely pushes past and makes wait in the near future? Maybe not. The guy was definitely a dick, but still maybe she learned a valuable life lesson and will be more courteous in the future, one can hope.

[–]EVILEMU 1 point2 points ago

he was moving towards the turnstyle before she placed her card in. she should have seen him.

[–]IWillEatYourChildren 2 points3 points ago

Not only that, but it seems like the man purposefully tripped her, in which case this isn't justice but a complete opposite.

[–]Hurf_Durfington 2 points3 points ago

I think you're right. This is why you don't fucking assault someone who mildly annoys you. Pedestrian version of road rage. So... just rage i guess.

[–]minderbinder 0 points1 point ago

Watch closely, she actually dont put the ticket in the machine because when she is falling she has the card in her hand. In order to enter Transmilenio you can 1) buy and insert a single trip card or 2) recharge your card for multiple trips and swipe it into a laser reading device so you can keep your card for the next trip.

She clearly took the second option judging by his left arm motion.

[–]dralion132 0 points1 point ago

This actually took place in Bogotá Colombia at Transmilenio and nope there are no designated exits, that kind of bullshit happens everyday im afraid

[–]JCArias 0 points1 point ago

That's Bogota, Colombia. I can tell from the "T" on that dudes jacket next to the turnstiles, which stands for "Transmilenio" (the city's bus company). The turnstiles go both ways, yes, but they're the only way out. P.D: I live here.

[–]FataOne 1 point2 points ago

Not to mention it even looks like she says something to the guy. It could have been, "Excuse me." It's not like she was pushing and shoving her way through a crowd of people.

[–]cooltom2006 1 point2 points ago

I can't remember the details but I've seen this before. If I remember correctly it is an exit as well as an entrance so the guy is correct in using the turnstile however I do not think this woman deserved to be tripped like that!

[–]SamuelAsante -1 points0 points ago

Still glad he tripped her.

[–]fakeplasticdroid -1 points0 points ago

This needs to be posted to /r/InjusticePorn instead.

[–]WeTarScientists 42 points43 points ago

Same. I attribute it to his casual success.

[–]Marvelous_Margarine 69 points70 points ago

It was like he didn't want to do it but he had to.

"I tripped a bitch at the station today, I didn't feel good about it, but it had to be done."

[–]Viper_786 12 points13 points ago

Been watching for almost an hour now. Trying to see how long it takes her to learn she will keep getting tripped. Wow, she never learns.

[–]letsgocrazy 5 points6 points ago

I wonder if other people have ever made a similar joke with other animated gifs?

[–]niggazinspace 0 points1 point ago

Yep. Not gonna lie, had to fap to this one.

[–]good_gade 123 points124 points ago

lol that's kinda messed up. Is this supposed to be a two-way cue? seems like the people behind the lady that gets tripped were lining up the same way so I wonder if the guy was in the wrong

[–]O-Face 152 points153 points ago

The gif is pretty old, but I remember someone saying that they are supposed to be one way entrance and exits. People use them both for both ways, but it is understood that if someone is say exiting at the designated exit, they have the right of way.

[–]Datum 113 points114 points ago

Yes, also it appears as if he approached the area first.

[–]apocalypse_IRA 80 points81 points ago

And he was like half-way through.

[–]jaepoe 2 points3 points ago

To be fair to her, it kind of looks like she put her ticket or token or whatever that place uses in the turnstile before she saw the guy. If he went through before she did she might have lost her money. Or maybe not. I don't have much familiarity with the specifics of turnstile operations.

[–]cvillamizar 13 points14 points ago

This is a two way turnstile and she has a ticket that she scanned after the guy was already about to exit. This is in Bogota, Colombia in the Transmilenio Bus system and the person exiting has the right of way.

[–]jaepoe 7 points8 points ago

Wow. You know a lot about this gif.

[–]C0mmun1ty 3 points4 points ago

A little too much, makes me think he's the guy.

[–]Tomatosaurus 0 points1 point ago

So many people will downvote me but... HAPPY CAKE DAY!

[–]mstrymxer 46 points47 points ago

Its a two way door. You scan in and out and can be used either way. the lady is a bitch bc instead of getting in the cue for entering like the people in line were doing. she wanted to use the exit and bypass evryone while making the exiting line stop.

[–]arch4non 2 points3 points ago

It's like an elevator or train car, you have to let people exit before you enter or else you get traffic jams where someone ends up being tripped.

[–]_ali_ 9 points10 points ago

*Queue

[–]good_gade 3 points4 points ago

Sorry i had just got done playing billiards and eating fish N' crisps.

[–]smififty 5 points6 points ago

These are probably 2 way turnstyles. The one exiting is freely going while incoming is where it locks until you pay. The guy was exiting, when the suit passes by the miss bitch she is inserting the money or swiping her card, even though sir busybody was half way through the entrance. Because she paid, sir busybody let her through as the devious mind belonging to a vigilante, serves her justice.

[–]sqrt-1loveyou 1 point2 points ago

It's not messed up though.

He's already halfway though the turnstile before she starts walking

She pushes her way past him, so her says well fuck your shit bitch and trips him.

I hope a similar situation happens to me so I can do exactly the same thing.

[–]large-farva 34 points35 points ago

No please, you go ahead.

[–]ErrorlessGnome 18 points19 points ago

[–]eamantite 15 points16 points ago

This post is under the same .gif that made the front page.

Loves me some karma redundancy.

[–]AlexHimself 33 points34 points ago

I don't condone either party, but what happened was the woman had already put her ticket in the machine, so while it appears they met at the same time, she was already committed to entering, or she'd lose her fair.

[–]ShittyTitleAlert 2 points3 points ago

*fare

[–]PlayfulPunches 7 points8 points ago

This is what I was thinking. This has happened to me a couple times, and I usually let people through if they have paid and vice versa. He might have been the one being a dick and not letting her trough after paying.

[–]goodzillo 32 points33 points ago

This isn't justice porn, this is petty bullshit over a slight inconvenience.

[–]YouHaveMyB0w 5 points6 points ago

[–]PugglePrincess 7 points8 points ago

I'm not a big fan of tripping people. I once had to walk through a group of teenagers blocking the sidewalk. I guess my "excuse me" wasn't loud enough and one of them thought it would be appropriate to trip me. I ended up scraping my palms pretty hard. Even if someone is being inconsiderate, tripping seems like a harsh response.

[–]AnElegantPenis 3 points4 points ago

Meh, I would've just let her through without any after thoughts. If anything let her know it's rude; no need to trip her and possibly cause an injury.

[–]ofcourseitsloaded 7 points8 points ago

I think a simple, 'Oh shit, excuse me.', from either party would have been a better solution. Maybe a smile for good measure.

[–]s1295 1 point2 points ago

Sure, except it seems that the lady is doing it on purpose, so an apology is unlikely, and the guy doesn't have anything to apologize for. But yes, tripping people is not the appropriate response to someone cutting in front of you.

[–]stankbucket 0 points1 point ago

Yes. This called for a stabbing or at least a donkey punch.

[–]chmilz 35 points36 points ago

The best part is how casual the guy does it. Totally nonchalant. I have less self control, I'd be all like "DIE HAGBEAST!" and start dropping leg kicks, which would be noticeable by others and I'd probably be arrested. He's quick, casual, and moves on, gone before she's done picking up her fat ass and able to accuse him of tripping her arrogant ass.

[–]CaptainKirk1701 6 points7 points ago

I did not notice he did it until I read your comment very subtle

[–]Gr8WhiteGrammarNazi 2 points3 points ago

"gone"? He doesn't go anywhere.

[–]BrawndoTTM -1 points0 points ago

I honestly though her trip was an accident the first time I watched it.

[–]TheRealMerlin -4 points-3 points ago

Hagbeast... I'm saving that one for a rainy day.

[–]white_turtle 6 points7 points ago

This is fucked up. She could have broken teeth, head injuries. That's not justice that is cruelty.

[–]junkeee999 7 points8 points ago

Every time I see this...which is often since it's reposted frequently, I fail to see why everyone is so one-sided against the woman.

They both arrived at the gate at approximately the same time. Someone needed to take the initiative and just go through. She did. She was tripped for it. I just don't get it.

[–]rutgerswhat 0 points1 point ago

You have to imagine that this kind of stuff just absolutely makes the day of whichever bored security guard has to watch it.

[–]digbus 0 points1 point ago

I fell off my dinosaur the first time this was posted.

[–]Vexxicus 0 points1 point ago

Don't have time to read all comments, looks like she's trying to cut through the exit, she pushes past the guy who is trying to leave so he trips her. Justice served.

[–]bastardsnow 5 points6 points ago

you're condoning tripping strangers? and reposts?

[–]clm51193 2 points3 points ago

this is /r/justice porn but it might as well be /r/bloodlust

[–]s1295 -1 points0 points ago

Yeah. A lot of times I've found that the submissions themselves were actually a justified response (such as self defense), but the comments are full of "I can't wait for that to happen to me, so I can react in the same way." ... So, you want an excuse to assault someone that won't burden you conscience?

(Not that I haven't thought about that -- I think we all have --, but unless you are a psychopath it should be a fleeting thought in a moment of frustration, not an urge that you are willing to act upon.)

[–]coldcheesetoast 6 points7 points ago

Not really. The train was pulling in and she and the others were trying to board it so she actually had the right of way. He was the one being inconsiderate.

[–]primus202 10 points11 points ago

Tripping her was completely uncalled for.

[–]DarkRend 4 points5 points ago

I understand what she did was wrong, but did he really feel the need to trip her because he was set back 2 seconds?

[–]goddamnferret 4 points5 points ago

If you let people think it's okay to be a hagbeast, you are just encouraging it. The trip was unnecessary, he should have just acted as a wall until her train took off.

[–]primus202 0 points1 point ago

Exactly! Or just eye her menacingly. Respect your elders--just enough.

[–]Clvrgrl57 5 points6 points ago

I always dream of tripping people in real life when they do stupid stuff like this. I have never had the guts to do it. This gives me much pleasure.

[–]ThatGhost 6 points7 points ago

Sorry but the guy was the asshole here

[–]Retro21 3 points4 points ago

This has never dawned on me before but, isn't he going the wrong way? Those turnstiles usually only work one way right? At least, they do here in Scotland.

[–]yul_brynner 0 points1 point ago

This isn't Glasgow central, son. These Americans have high tech shit.

[–]DavidJFarrar -2 points-1 points ago

Came here to ask this. Looks like he is goinig the wrong way...

[–]truthie 1 point2 points ago

How is a guy going the wrong way through a one-way turnstile, then assaulting a woman justice?

[–]lilcosco 4 points5 points ago

Read the rest of the comments; it's a two way turnstile and the person exiting has the right of way

[–]irvinestrangler 0 points1 point ago

It wouldn't be justice. Good thing that wasn't a one-way turnstile.

[–]sherbetface 2 points3 points ago

The guy is completely in the wrong. It's so clear! These kinds of turnstiles turn one-way only when a ticket is inserted. You can clearly see the lady using a ticket. Even if she moved, the turnstiles wouldn't have rotated for the guy. He then trips her up?! Wtf? This isn't justice porn unless that guy gets his comeuppance! How is she in the slightest bit inconsiderate?

This is a top comment repost from a previous post of which you have reposted.

[–]revile221 18 points19 points ago

And with this revelation you have effectively called in the downvote brigade.

Ladies & gentlemen, you know what to do.

[–]gabriot 1 point2 points ago

Although how can we be sure it's a reposted repost without a source link?

[–]Arms-Against-Atrophy 30 points31 points ago

see you next fall mothafuckaaaa...

is what followed

[–]DanWallace 2 points3 points ago

Another half-assed excuse for redditors to call women bitches. You people lead sad little lives.

[–]Lamaloga 0 points1 point ago

Bogotá- Colombia. I mean, Colombia.

[–]SteveWoods 0 points1 point ago

Quito- Ecuador

[–]Kd0t 0 points1 point ago

I've seen this gif countless times over the years and I've always wanted to see what happens after he trips her. Does anybody have the full video?

[–]datcherries -1 points0 points ago

That guy did so well with that trip!

[–]Mister_Mo 0 points1 point ago

The other lady is thinking twice now about going through that turnslide

[–]sge -1 points0 points ago

I'm so happy to see people without thoughts expressing themselves on a staged environmentally fixed.

[–]NickinNagoya -1 points0 points ago

the woman after her also enters without considering waiting for the guy who just waited

[–]ClownsAteMyBaby 0 points1 point ago

You mean the guy she just watched blatantly trip a woman to the ground?

[–]cvillamizar 0 points1 point ago

Que Viva Colombia! haha

[–]HeWhoWas -1 points0 points ago

I would have liked to just stand there and see what she'll do. Can't avoid making eye contact and shuffle on past when you have to talk to me, bitch.

[–]Green_Kangaroo -1 points0 points ago

I don't care which of them were in the "wrong"...she fall down, go boom!

[–]don-quijote 0 points1 point ago

Transmilenio

[–]zeporscheguy -1 points0 points ago

Watched this atleast 50 times. Made my year...

[–]vegus -1 points0 points ago

Instant Karma's gonna get you. Gonna knock you right on the head.

[–]merv243 1 point2 points ago

The guy is clearly going the wrong way, what with the solid group of people going through. WHERE IS MY JUSTICE

[–]goletaal 0 points1 point ago

Careful, you're going against the JusticePorn hive mind which has decided otherwise. Logic be damned.

[–]TailoredSir -1 points0 points ago

He totally trips her - epic! :D

[–]goletaal 0 points1 point ago

Call me when this guy gets punched in the dick for being such an asshole.

[–]alextk 0 points1 point ago

The guy totally tripped her (look at his foot).

[–]ENRICOs 0 points1 point ago

Imagine that! Some people being mesmerized by a small minded, dick move from a seemingly over satisfied prick, ho hum, another day on reddit.

[–]GetOffMyHighHorse 0 points1 point ago

I really want to see him stay there and trip the two inconsiderate bitches who line up to barge their way through behind the first. Like a pinwheel of justice

[–]ayhindot 1 point2 points ago

the dude trips her.

[–]ewest 1 point2 points ago

That was a completely disproportional response to her having to pass through. She wasn't even in the wrong. She had already swiped her card and paid her fare, it would have been unfair for her to not pass.

[–]samuraistalin -1 points0 points ago

And right behind her is another dumbass ready to take the fall.

[–]fabio4oldspice -1 points0 points ago

That feels good. I wanted to do that all the time when I was in Bogota.

[–]summitrock -1 points0 points ago

He should have let her out first.

[–]kingturtle -1 points0 points ago

this is as old as your underwear. i still don't see how she's being inconsiderate.

[–]kdotdash -1 points0 points ago

This is awesome, bitch got watch she deserved.

[–]fman5k -2 points-1 points ago

I can't say for sure, but to the right it looks like there might be a gate for exiting. If so, the guy's the asshole.

[–]VAPossum -2 points-1 points ago

Woman and man arrive at turnstile at same time. Woman goes with the major flow of traffic and goes first. Man trips her onto the pavement.

That's not justice, that's assholery on his part.

[–]judgegabranth -1 points0 points ago

Delicious delicious justice!

[–]bluebebe -2 points-1 points ago

Eh, he should've tripped the next one too
