Did no-one notice the reference to Pivot 3.0 here? When you download the legit copy of Pivot 3.0 (an easy and fun stickman animator) there is a pre-made animation, featuring those animals, exactly the same. A rooster on a car on a dog on a donkey. But I like kdubious thinking as well :)
