Naw, I think the two officers standing the furthest away from the bumper car were in the blue car and they pulled him over because it doesn't comply with road safety laws and they, for some reason, called in the bike-police to assist.

an average US car may not be nimble and may not be fast but the average US housewife drives a mini-van or a SUV and while your little Euro-cop cars can "catch" an average US car a small bump will send it flying off the road.

I wouldn't even know where to start. Ebay or Craigslist for the body I suppose but it would take time to find one. Might be able to contact a theme park and see if they have some old cars they might want to get rid of.

He likely put in a different kind of engine. Although I suddenly recall a previous thread about the same image. The conclusion was that he likely converted a go-kart to look like a bumper car.

The U.S. does not own red, white and blue. It is not even the only country with those three colors in its flag, not by any stretch. Nor do cops find it necessary to paint the colors of their country's flag on their vehicles. I suppose you believe that swiss police vans are red with a white cross on them, and often get mistaken for ambulances.
