Though this is hilarious and I don't mean to spoil the joke, I always thought that by the show being called "Breaking Bad", it didn't mean that Walt was becoming bad. I thought it meant that the line between good and bad is broken and you can't actually tell who is good and who is bad, or if anyone is good or bad at all. But then again I could be wrong.

Jesse had several breakdowns after his girlfriend died, his friends died, he saw the junkie head crushing incident, he saw their kid being all fuckedup, he feels like he caused 2 fucking airplanes to crash and kill hundreds of people! Finally he saw that completely innocent kid gets shot and killed on the spot. He wants out... he isn't a sociopathic killer.

I don't think that it was his motivation (rebellion), I just thought it was an ironic consequence.
Jessies motivation that resulted in him rebelling against his parents was their hypocrisy and an explicit rejection of their lifestyle (he choice of alternative wasn't any better, which resulted in his attempts to periodically reconcile with his parents).
His motivation that resulted in him rebelling against Walter was his experience of the brutal realities of the drug trade and his disgust at Walter's embrace of them.
The tragedy of the character so far is that in attempting to find an authentic lifestyle, he keeps stumbling into poor alternatives. He is still lost, and it will be interesting to see where he goes now that he has complete free choice to live whatever life he wants.
