One additional thing for you all to keep in mind (this will help you to take better photos of yourself and others).

Always tilt your chin down and push your head slightly forward. No matter what you look like it will always make you look better in photos. If you think you aren't very photogenic you should try it.

Just push your head slightly into the camera and tilt your chin down. It will make a HUGE difference.

This is why the "camera held above head in the bathroom" is seen so often (minus a turd in the toilet). What they don't know is they can look just as good if they put the camera slightly above eye level and used the technique above.

So the next time someone takes your photo and you know you'll end up tagged on their wall. Just remember - chin down, neck forward.

I have a problem believing this is solely make-up work. Look at the tenth picture down, where the woman is having her hair blown on the green backdrop.

Make-up suddenly makes your nose shrink to half of it's original size? I don't think so. I smell Adobe touchups.

Makeup doesn't actually make one's wrinkles completely go away. Neither does it make chubby chins look sharper. Looks like this is the magic of Photoshop editing. In addition, the after picture's brightness was adjusted.

These are all from Russia (.ru webpage suffix), and I noticed that the distinctive facial structures common to Russians were highly masked and diminished by the makeup/photoshop. If you would put just one set (befores or afters) in front of me, right away I would be positive that the women without makeup were Russian, while those with makeup would be a much, much tougher guess. Just my observation.
