I actually met a taxidermist once. His shop was in his house. He was very proud of is “work' and decide to give us a tour of is office. We were there for a party for his step daughter so the group was a little lit on moon shine. As he glee fully showed us the macabre tools he used for skinning animals and mounting them, I notice a 6 foot tall walk in freezer door. “What do you keep in there” I asked. “Oh that's cold storage. I just got a new bear to stuff. Let me show you” Be fore we could say “No Thanks” he opened the freezer started to pull out a translucent bag with a black furry thing in it from the third shelf of a tight packed freezer. The smell was like cold death garbage. The guy apparently had a lot of business, because all the shelves were packed. I looked on the floor as he struggled with the dead bear bag and the severed head of a giraffe looked up at me. After a hasty exit from the death chamber I just witnessed all night I could say nothing but “That was a dead fucking giraffe, That was a dead fucking giraffe” Apparently someone in the area had two of them and one died.

TL;DR: Met a taxidermist and in his walk in freezer I saw the head of a full size giraffe on the floor. Taxidermists are weird dudes.
