          Well some of those shots are from different areas, with the actions all spliced together to, some of lighting gives it away in the video. There's still a lot of work that went into it. You got to be working pretty sharp to get some of those incoming flying crane rig shots.

          I think what vincent21212 meant was, they get as many shots as they can, and then write narration to fit it, rather than writing the narration first and then setting out to find shots that back it up.

            What is also awesome, is that with some species of owl, such as the barn owl, the ears are also offset vertically. The owl does not just hear sound to the left and right (like us) , but can also hear the up and down component.

                I'm really surprised at the lack of explanation in previous posts.. -puts on bird nerd hat- Baby owls are ravenously hungry monsters.. The strange weaving behavior is because owls are ridiculously farsighted and have problems with seeing things that are close to them, so they are trying to get a better look at something possibly threatening (example: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xF-FRmIeDmk ). The chattering owlet is either upset because he didn't get the rodent, or "beak clicking," which means he's a very happy/comfortable little bird (kind of looks like the former).
