Yeah...the leg is shaved and everything, but it's not red or inflamed enough to have been freshly tattooed. I'm guessing this client knows the artist well, and decided to have a laugh on facebook or something before getting an actual tattoo.

To me it only looks red due to the shaving and wiping down of the area with the disinfectant. After a tattoo like that, you would have quite a bit of red generally located around the ink itself as opposed to over the entire area. But I could be wrong.

I browse with Reddit Enhancement Suite and I have it set to filter out all NSFW posts. Anything tagged as NSFW will not reach my eyes. Because of this, I always have the "View Images" button at the top of the page clicked. I do not look at titles before I see the image, so stuff like this is not a good thing. That is why NSFW tags are important
