It's definitely not from the Dispatch. There are a lot of small weekly newspapers around Columbus it could be from. Columbus Alive, UWeekly, The Other Paper, etc.

You did a good job matching the grain on the photo, but the font gives it away. It's most apparent when you look at the weight and kerning of the G on "Godec" vs "Grove".
