Nobody should ever be ashamed to work out at the gym, and nobody should judge other people at the gym. I mean, they are there to get fit/big so you can't really say anything bad about them like "You should lift" cause that's what they're fucking doing.

The funny thing is nearly all of those guys have fake tans, except that one of course. I have a friend who has started to compete in bodybuilding competitions and the spray on tan places have a specific tan color just for bodybuilders that they get a few days before the competition. So without that most of them would be just as pale as the normal guy, because they're always indoors in the weight room no time for a real tan.

The only time I judge is when I see someone with really terrible form showing others how to lift with equally terrible form. I saw some kids at the gym pulling 100 kg (225#) with the WORST form ever; it was dangerous. They were then "teaching" others around them how to do it as well...
