No, no, not because she used viagra. Because pretty much every normal woman, when interested in sexual intercourse, goes out or seeks contact in another, socially accepted, form. She does not do this by tying up a robber and feeding him viagra.

The fact that she didn't follow the normal path one usually follows, brings to mind that the possibility that she didn't do so was because her presumably earlier attempts had failed. Since women still are largely the final deciders in todays society, surely it is understandable that one could come to such a conclusion that she failed in engaging in coitus because she could be considered unattractive for modern standards.

While I'm sure "LongLiveSublime" made his/her comment initially as a joke, there is absolutely a debatable truth to it.
