There was an AskReddit post a few months ago asking people what 'inside games' they play with their friends.

GET DOWN MR. PRESIDENT was my favorite.

Someone explained that when they were all standing around after a movie or dinner or something, one person would just put their 'cufflink earpiece' up to their ear silently.

When someone else in the group noticed they would mimic the action. The last person to notice is the 'president' and as soon as the last person is left everyone screams GET DOWN MR PRESIDENT and dog pile tackles him.
