As pointed out in other comments, this is from a movie. However there's other obvious signs this is staged:

They rarely use wrecking balls these days -- too unsafe. Better to use a jackhammer.
Wrecking balls aren't that large -- that thing would weigh a bazillion tons.
Wrecking balls aren't normally round.
