Fair enough. I don't think your comment was necessarily rude, but probably not the best choice of wording/expression in a subreddit for tall people... :)

Personally, I am not much of a "hugger" so most of the time when I'm hugging someone, it's not by choice, and I'm not the instigator. I do tend to shrug my body away a bit and go with the one-armed hug, usually ends with me awkwardly patting the person's back until they let go. So there's not a lot of boobs in the face, or body contact in general when someone hugs me, although it's still plenty awkward, haha.

As far as being able-bodied is concerned, I'm plenty able of bending/lifting/moving, but that doesn't mean I can do so without pain. I don't complain; it's just how things are. I suppose shorter people don't necessarily have the same issues so it might not occur to you that it is, in fact, an issue in the first place, even if your taller friends do bend over to hug you; but now you know. :)
