Redneckville - trailer houses, rebel flags, and trucks on blocks (because truck doesn't run and the tires can be used elsewhere), full of fat white people. The Hood - falling down apartments, gang graffiti, and granny-brand cars on blocks (because the tires and rims have been stolen), full of loud black people.

Kinda racial, but not always. Redneck areas are usually very conservative and community based. All about tradition. This is how it was, this is how it is, this is how it should be. Which is basically why these areas are exclusively white people.

But hoods are just poor areas. At least where I was from in FL, the hood was populated by a lot of different races. Plenty of "white trash" among the other races, living off of welfare, doing drugs, breeding more kids that have a high chance of mimicking their parents...

its only self explanatory if you are a racist who uses code words to hide his racially-tinged connotations. Hood doesn't always mean hood. Here, if you're in a ghetto neighborhood in the city, whether its black, white, mexican or arabic, then its the hood. it's only redneck if its out in the country.

I'll admit that I have many racist opinions and thoughts even though I am not proud of it.

You're wrong. The courts have repeatedly ruled that overt threats of violence like this are in no way protected by the 1st Amendment. (The KKK canNOT legally burn a cross on your lawn or threaten to kill you if you don't move out of the neighborhood!) Regardless of what you "think" or "believe" or the fact that there are two other hanging mannequins in the store, this guy needs to be in handcuffs.

But what you said right there proves my point as well as yours... "overt threats of violence" means that the store owner would have to be threatening to kill someone. We don't see a sign or anything in the picture, and the black guy certainly isn't wearing the same clothes Obama wears, so we can't assume that the owner is threatening someone. Hell, for all we know, it could be Halloween decorations. If that IS the case, are you telling me I can't hang fake people from nooses in my front yard on Halloween because it's racist? Nope, sorry, fuck you.
