If anyone is asking waitstaff/bartenders to work for free, it's their employers. If someone doesn't like the terms of their employment, they should seek a different job. That's reality.

If it was a mom and her kids at a cheap diner this would be exceptable and I would actually feel a little sorry for her. It's not though, she's just a cheap alcoholic cunt who thinks that for some reason that would be an okay reason to not tip on a 130$ bar tab. When I was a server I got paid under $4 and hour plus tips and delt with the cheapest grossest people.
