I hate when this gets posted like this, it completely misses the point of the entire episode. In the context of the show, Louie didn't put the Christian woman in her place with a snappy remark, it was him lashing out because he she made him question his way of living and he was forced to think about weather he was truly happy or not. He sees this Christian girl who is loving, kind, and seems legitimately happy, but Louie himself feels unhappy and lonely. This experience makes him ask the question "What if she's right? What if living in a more "pure" way will make me happy?". But of course in the end he realizes that while that works for her, the same way of living isn't going to make him happy. This is an experience we all go thought, seeing someone else who appears happier than us which makes us question our beliefs. I'm an atheist, but every one in a while I meet a really nice Christian lady who makes me think, "Maybe even if the religion is bullshit it makes them happy, more happy than me.". Then I deal with what Louie dealt with in this episode. I build my belief system on truth, on things than can be tested and "proven", but does that make me happy? Would I rather know the truth and or buy into a lie and be happier than I am now. In the end, I realize that I'm probably just as happy as they are, that I'm only perceiving what they put out and Christians are conditioned to look happy. But it still makes me think, would I make that trade off to be happier? Is truth or happiness more important? And that is what the episode is about, not this little quip that we can use to make fun of how stupid we think sex abstainers are.

Yep. That's why this show is so great...it uses ridiculous concepts to touch on very real feelings. I like how a lot of the characters are one-off, one-episode characters to sort of personify Louie's internal feelings. It's like the bulk of every episode is an internal dialogue played out in a sort of surreal alternate reality.
