I feel like I'm the only one who has figured out that instead of taking a picture of yourself by pointing the camera at a mirror and having the camera/phone block some of the picture, you can just point the camera at yourself and look at the preview screen in the mirror.

iPad 2's big improvement! OOoh, camera! Who the fuck wants to take pictures with this goddamn unwieldy thing? It make no sense! A self cam for facetime can make sense, and be very cool and futuristic. Maybe that's why they put it on; might as well if you've got the facetime thing going.

You can tell that he did not take the picture with the baking pan because the edges of the pan are not correctly aligned with the frame of the photo. Had he actually used the pan, the pan would appear to be perfectly vertical in the picture.

Protip: You can easily spot photoshopped "mirror self portraits" by observing a skewed camera.
