Yes I have slaughtered hundreds of animals. That is a lamb. If it was a pig the skin would have been left on the animal. Also, that child is Arab, and given that one of their holidays occured recently. . . it is most certainly a lamb.

The neck would be much longer. It could have been a larger breed of lamb. On the Eid holiday they slaughter male (intact) sheep, which could definitely explain its large size.
