No, it's just that sometimes you say something perfectly reasonable and it makes you feel like you aren't welcome in a conversation if some dumbass down votes you and nobody bothers to balance out that Douchebag by up voting. I have never once in my experience seen anybody actually call an atheist a baby eater. Often? Don't make me laugh.

Its an /r/atheism in joke that some people like KVillain apparently take seriously.

And yes, I'm sure someone somewhere actually said it sometime but the extent that /r/atheism fawns over it is absolutely ridiculous.
