It's about 3 and a half to four feet deep, I'd say. Those medians go about 2/3s the way up most vehicles.

Does this road not have drainage? I'm not familiar with the area, but it looks like the road is elevated - I'd assume it would drain out (even if still damaged) after the rain stopped?

It'll drain out once the floods recede and the sewer lines empty out.
