My mom lives in a building right near here. I wouldn't call it water front property. She said water is flowing like an ocean down 20th. She also said nothing is on the news there at all.

Umm...Manhattan is an ISLAND. The entire damned thing is waterfront property. Just because it has skyscrapers blocking the view of the ocean doesn't mean the place isn't at sea level and you're never more than a few hundred meters from one river or the other.

I wasn't whining about the news moron. Someone asked why there was no coverage on the news of what was happening in the photo. Not a idiot weather person standing there but no mention of it at all.
