My son has the same reaction when we use the clippers on his hair.

Something about the noise/vibration just rubs kids wrong when they feel it, but they are super interested until they encounter it.

[–]Guvmentcheeze63 -1 points0 points ago

I know exactly what you mean. Rubbing kids is wrong but it feels so right.

[–]LogicWizard 1 point2 points ago

Jones soda, not beer.

[–]Smart_Ass_Soldier 3 points4 points ago

Twisted Tea, not Jones soda. it is in fact a malt beverage.

[–]imperial_scum 1 point2 points ago

Mmm...Twisted Tea. Kinda sweet, but I like it.

[–]Smart_Ass_Soldier 0 points1 point ago

Its my summer sports drink of choice. I can drink like 40 of those things and still do stuff lol

[–]sadlittlewife 0 points1 point ago

That looks like the Michael Cera baby

[–]esoomcol 2 points3 points ago

Why are there people saying theres no needle in the machine? I definitely see the needle. It's just not poking out of the tube, but there is one attached. Looks like no ink on it though.

[–]Jonsler 5 points6 points ago

My brother in law did this with my niece. He put a temp tat on her and had my sister take the pic. He caught a lot of heat from the family for it, I thought it was funny.

[–]taddair 3 points4 points ago

No way this is really happening. Cute kid thou cry baby or not.

[–]nhjuyt 2 points3 points ago

I wonder what would happen if you tattooed a kid? I guess the tat would grow with him but change proportion and fade as it stretched out

[–]SuggestiveMaterial 5 points6 points ago

Jail, fine, and probably have your kid taken away by CPS. It's illegal to tattoo a child under 18, except in some states where they allow parental consent, and even then the child has to be 16+.

[–]penisairplane 22 points23 points ago

Illegal to put ink under their skin. Legal to cut a chunk of their penis away. Yay for justice.

[–]rapturedhermusic -5 points-4 points ago

Two entirely different things.

I'm sure that if there was a 'inking' religious tradition dating back thousands of years in a culture, that the parents could very well not be charged for 'inking' their child.

[–]votava926 13 points14 points ago

Just because it is a religious tradition, dose not make it ok to chop off a piece of a persons dick before they are old enough to say no.

[–]killer122 -4 points-3 points ago

Ive had it done (as a baby) dont remember a thing, and i am thankfull for it. it really is a cleanliness issue, there was this one kid in grammar school that was uncut, everytime he went to take a piss he stunk up the whole bathroom with his cock cheese. it was fucking disgusting. im definitely getting it done if i ever have kids.

[–]PetriHatesHumans 4 points5 points ago

Maybe if he washed his dick (like normal people do) that wouldn't have been an issue.

[–]travisestes 1 point2 points ago

Or, you know, have a simple quick procedure done during infancy and have a nice clean penis with zero effort. You anti circumcision clowns are annoying. The American Association of Pediatricians' policy on circumcision is that it is a net positive. ei - does more good than harm. This was after they reviewed 270 studies conducted over 30 years.

Your opinion on it doesn't matter, circumcisions are a good thing- so say the doctors...

[–]lichen91 0 points1 point ago

Without doing research I'm not going to dispute anything these supposed "studies" claim, but I'm going to be hard pressed to believe that you will be able to come up with any sort of reputable journal that claims that circumcision does "net good." There is absolutely no cleanliness issue assuming you follow normal, human hygiene. Assuming you're the type that believes in evolution, it's pretty absurd to think that you're better off by just cutting off a part of your body by default.

Additionally, I think as an uncircumsized male I can say that circumcision decreases sensitivity. You might say "how can I know if I have never had it done?" Well, I can easily say that pulling back the skin and sticking it in my pants is quite uncomfortable, which I'm assuming isn't the case for circumsized males.

Overall your comment and attitude has enraged me, leaving me to think maybe you're just trolling to begin with. If that's the case, then congratulations, it worked.

[–]travisestes 1 point2 points ago

The American Association of Pediatricians IS a medical journal, and a highly reputable one at that. In fact, they are considered the authority on Pediatrics. Go to their site and read up on it. The 270 studies are all reputable and are considered good science. I would recommend reading up on it a little.

As far as sensitivity is concerned, you're full of shit. You can't know what it's like to be circumcised because you are not cut. Several of the 270 studies where on the pleasure and sensitivity aspect you mention. There are many men that choose to get circumcised for various reasons. They have conducted surveys of these men in regards to this. There is no loss of pleasure, it's a myth.

I'm not trolling, just can't handle idiots who think that just because they feel something is true that it must be. There's plenty of science on the subject. Try reading....

[–]PetriHatesHumans 1 point2 points ago

I don't care much about it really :).

I'm not circumcised, but that's because I'm from Europe where doctors don't have a tradition of doing it. I do care about the nerve endings though, feels pretty good man . All in all I think the choice should be up to people themselves when they are old enough (except when medically relevant), especially when parents do it for religious reasons, effectively taking the choice away from their potentially atheist offspring.

[–]travisestes -2 points-1 points ago

As an atheist, I'm still glad I'm circumcised. There are actual studies done that show there isn't a difference in pleasure before and after the procedure. Though, circumcised men tend to have a slightly longer time to reach ejaculation.

The whole argument that it should be the persons choice is a silly one. Children don't get to make a lot of decisions about their life. This is just one more of those things. I would be pissed if I had to go through a painful procedure and then remember it. I'm glad it was done when I was too young to remember.

[–]zeluha 0 points1 point ago

Kids don't know the difference. Especially elementary school age- you know, the age where little girls end up getting UTI commonly from wiping the wrong direction if they wipe at all? The major issue is cleanliness and the fact that getting it done later will most commonly suck if you have a health-related problem (See: Phimosis). It's really a toss-up for me if I ever had kids though.

[–]bluntmasterflash 0 points1 point ago

You sir are correct, I don't care what the people that think circumcision is comparable to tattooing a child think. It's probably the same crowd that believe that if a guy wears a dress he should be allowed to piss in the ladies' room.

[–]TribalShift 0 points1 point ago

maybe, teach your kids how to wash and don't cut bits of their penises off?

[–]vinyljunkie77003 0 points1 point ago

i would have been so pissed if i grew up uncircumcized and realized my parents had a chance to do it before i could remember. i for one am glad its a legal tradition, cause im glad it happened!

[–]tattedspyder 1 point2 points ago

There are cultures around the world that practice scarification and tattooing on children.

[–]Raptorrocket -1 points0 points ago

There are many "inking" traditions in culture and religion...

[–]SuggestiveMaterial 0 points1 point ago

It's not illegal because a variety of reasons. First being that it's a time honored Jewish tradition. Second is that it is considered more hygienic than not doing it. In either case, i will not be circumcising my boys.

[–]roxie1127 -1 points0 points ago

totally totally agree, the system is fucked up, i wouldn't and didnt cut my son personally i don't see the reason to do it and i couldn't hurt my son in any way when he was born he is 2 now and OMG no problems. there is no proof to the "it's cleaner' argument either plus it decreases sensitivity and feeling by removing 20-70 thousand nerve endings (yes thousands) 80 % of the world does not do this barbaric practice and there is no dick melting diseases running rampant, makes me shake my head at the stupidity shoved down our throats by well meaning doctors (who coincidentally get paid large for the procedure and the disposal of the tissue) saying how important it is to get it done while they are young. here is an idea teach your kids how to wash their bits cheese and rice SMH you know why it got started because Dr Kellogg (yes of the cereal) decided it would stop little boys from masturbating yeah thats right look it up. sorry for the rant I'm done

[–]HiFiWiFiSciFi 2 points3 points ago

I just went from pro-choice to pro-abortion.

[–]davisty69 2 points3 points ago

The tattoo causes physical scarring, religion causes mental scarring and an intense desire to listen to your imaginary friend... meh, tattoo him and leave out the rest

[–]superpencil -1 points0 points ago

You had an upvote from me until that last link. Fuck you, scary bastard. I NEARLY PEE'D.

[–]sillieststring 0 points1 point ago

I actually liked the last one most. It's really interesting to see!

[–]killerdeathkitty -2 points-1 points ago

well I thought it was funny! lol gross!

[–]Dixiecrocker 0 points1 point ago

No needle but check out the beer bottle. This is a fail.

[–]McBinary 5 points6 points ago

I don't understand how this is fail. He took his kid to work, where children are incredibly curious, and showed him what his daddy's job is like.

There is no needle in that gun, and it's a tattoo parlor - there are generally beer bottles around.

[–]cbarrett1989 15 points16 points ago

Not in any tattoo shop I would have anything to do with.

[–]orthag 0 points1 point ago

I know a guy who got a tattoo from a drunk tattoo artist. The guy some how gouged out a huge chunk of skin.

[–]cbarrett1989 0 points1 point ago

Doesn't surprise me. There was a really famous tattoo artist from my area called diamond Dave and he'd go snort a fat rail of coke in the bathroom then come out and finish your tattoo.

[–]orthag 0 points1 point ago

Bit of a difference between coke and alcohol. Coke is a stimulant that actually improves focus, alcohol on the other hand fucks up your fine motor control and vision.

[–]cbarrett1989 0 points1 point ago

I hope you are just pointing out the difference between the two. As a tattoo artist I dress in slacks, shirt, tie, vest, belt and dress shoes to work. I did not smoke the night before or after an appointment and I drank very little. I would prefer if whoever I let tattoo myself other than myself did not snort cocaine now matter how focused it makes you.

[–]orthag 0 points1 point ago

Of course, it's just that on a scale of quality, an artist on coke will give you a better tattoo than one that's drunk.

[–]QuickerPickerUpper 0 points1 point ago

There is, in fact, a needle in that tattoo machine. I also see two, or perhaps three, health code violations in that room. I say "perhaps" because poor picture quality prohibits me from being sure on the third one.

Also fuck that tattoo machine, it's made of a loose assortment of aftermarket parts, good tattoo machines are made by hand.

[–]Cranimesao -3 points-2 points ago

I am sure a baby is going to remember this. What a pointless showing of what he does for a living to his child.

[–]Njbb 2 points3 points ago

Looks a little like Jones Soda to me

[–]poopdood42 0 points1 point ago

Looks like a twisted tea. Near beer

[–]orthag 0 points1 point ago

Twisted Tea is malt liquor and sweet tea, with an alcohol content of 5%. It's not near beer. Near beer is beer with an alcohol content of .1-.5% as opposed to 5-12% for regular beer.

[–]pppppppppp2 0 points1 point ago
