Ive used these around Australia too, mostly at music festivals.

They are great in that they reduce lines and save space. The problem comes when the holding tank gets full, which is usually at about 11am at most festivals ive seen them at.

What's funny is they've had urinals built into the stone in Italy for centuries. I think they call it a "vespasiano." Italians give no fucks.

Wtf no, piratical yes. Can't tell you how many times i've been on the street and needed to pee but didn't want to piss on the side of some building. We need these in the states.
