First of all NSFW is a difficult tag to begin with. While this for most would be considered NSFW there are milder items in here being tagged as well some are not being tagged. You know in advance that if you start peeking into /WTF you might get caught with something that you consider NSFW while op didn't (or simply he forgot to tag). Now instead of complaining about it, like mentioned how about simply not visit /WTF till you get home?
