Yes, there is a limit. This makes them short, but I do not know about the colors.

This gif is 100% spot on. The sheer difficulty of scheduling a meeting with 25 people is insane. Especially if you're pulling people in from multiple areas/departments. Keep your god damn outlook schedule updated please.
