Umm.... That's not a wallpaper, It's a picture. Wallpapers are specific dimensions.

I don't see why you'd say that. I'm a mod of a similarly sized subreddit (/r/photography) and I always remove larger posts equally.

  • Letting it slide teaches your users "This is okay, we let it slide."
  • The whole point of the rules is to give us content we actually want to see. Now you're exposing extra thousands of people to content that isn't appropriate (wouldn't matter as much if it were downvoted). 29,000 at the time of my writing
  • Letting the rules slides invites mod corruption, like maybe Vortex851 is a friend and you're making excuses because you want to let him acquire more karma. I know that's probably not true, but it's always best IMO to apply all rules equally at all times.

Look, I apologize for not adhering to this sub's rules. This is my first post here. I saw the picture and thought that people who collect and enjoy wallpapers would love to have it (apparently 1142 people currently have). My next submission will follow the rules. I have a lot to share with a collection pushing 15,000 images currently. Again my apologies.

Honestly? Because it makes me sad people can't understand how categories on a website work. It frustrates me to no end. Almost every subreddit is pretty plainly named and has a simple purpose, but so many people just can't get it right.

It's not just this sub. Everywhere I go on reddit these days I'm getting content that doesn't belong, and it's making me not want to browse anymore.

White Lions occur naturally in the greater Timbavati region. There are studies currently being conducted on their hunting success, however initial results indicate that they are in fact more successful than their tawny counterparts.

White lions are an unrecognized subspecies, they are not albino. The exact genetic marker for the white colouring is still being researched.
