I gotta chime in here with the sound of insanity, but I kind of understand where she's coming from. Breastfeeding is beneficial and it was incredibly important to me to do so with my daughter, the only child I will have. When I failed to produce milk I still tried for months to get a supply so that I could do it. I wound up using donated breastmilk from a friend and supplementing with formula. However, 4.5 years later I am still disappointed and it haunts me.

I would never let a dog put its mouth on my nipple though. Well, minus the kids dad.
