IIRC she said that she would be 18 on her birthday. Implying she was 17, but not actually saying she was 17, and not technically lying because she would be 18 on her birthday, just not the birthday the listeners were assuming she was talking about. So yeah, pretty clever actually.

Well, I don't think someone would be able to get away with that ever in any situation. Besides, couldn't you tell she was 15 in the show? I guess Jackie was casted as the youngest but she should have seemed out of place.

Also, as someone who loves the show I never really tried to notice it so I guess it works.

I forget the actual number of it, but it was the one where they go to an ice cabin or some shit and fez makes them play a couple's dating game in hopes of winning over jackie. Kelso turns out to know fucking everything about Jackie because she never shuts up, Eric and Donna get in a fight. Fez is angry.
