                Actually IT Crowd does a pretty good job of having a less obnoxious laugh track than a lot of shows. It doesn't have the long pauses for laughter that a lot of shows have.

                Laugh tracks aren't really bad unless they take long pauses and ruin the flow of the scenes. MASH, IT crowd, and Seinfeld all had laugh tracks and were all good shows. Part of that is because the laugh tracks never got in the way of the timing of the show.
