The teeth locations are too random, in reality with this condition the structures would make the form of arches like this or like this but OPs pic has the teeth too disorganized. At least it should have been that all the smaller teeth are at the front and the larger ones at the back. Also most of the teeth in the pic just seem to be the same teeth over and over just resized and rotated.

The picture on the left is an example of hyperdonia. If you count the teeth, there are about 3/4 as many in the whole mouth as there are in just the top part of the mouth in the right picture.

Also, the record for most teeth is held by an Indian man, whose mouth wouldn't look nearly as bad as this.
