The one on thisiswhyimbroke.com isn't the same one as in this gif image. The one on TIWIB propels from tubes near the shoulder, this one primarily propels from the feet with additional jets coming from the hands for more control. Most of the stuff in the gif probably couldn't be done with the one on TIWIB.

There's a few places here in Florida that rent them hourly. I haven't done it myself, but am told it takes about 20-30 min until you're comfortable using it. Also, I'm told that it will absolutely wreck your body, even if you're in peak physical condition.
