I made a throw away to explain why it's like to become aroused while tucking.

If you have something as secure (as in how well it holds things in) as the picture, it can become pretty painful. The part of the penis that has some length will become harder, but where it's bent just... imagine when you fold a cardboard tube in half. It becomes painful, but not dangerously so. The penis is pretty flexible as is when erect. Although bending it in half while erect is not a good idea.

Luckily, for me, my hormones (I'm not a cross dresser, I'm just a trans woman) kill almost all sexual desires so I never have to deal with that.
