I don't know about you guys, but I think this would be a sweet wallpaper. So I ran it through a vectorizing program a few times and tidied it up A LOT. Took me about 45 minutes; figured I'd share with Reddit.

This was the best I could do without tracing the whole thing manually. I'm sure someone can do better than me!
