It honestly seems like the majority of stuff posted in this subreddit couldn't possibly give someone frission. At the time of posting, this post already has 28 upvotes, so clearly the majority of people think this is the right sort of stuff to be posting in here. I'll give the place a few more days before leaving.

Occasionally, things that initiated 'Frisson' would make the front page before I knew that this subreddit existed. Once I found out that /r/frisson existed, I loved it, because I could come in here and not have to sift though shit to find it like I did previously.

Now, the likelihood of finding something that belongs in this subreddit is the exact same as it was before I even knew that frisson was a thing.

I won't be staying if this continues, because the existence of this subreddit is becoming meaningless.

It happened as soon as Gifs and Pictures were deemed as acceptable. People looking at the front page see some inspiring poem or shitty gif and upvote without double-checking which sub-reddit it came from. Same thing that happened to /r/wtf.
