I don't play EVE, but like everyone else in the gaming world I love hearing these EVE stories.

My questions is though, how does that work out with voice chat? Is your FC just like 'peace guys, lol'. Wouldn't that be awkward?

he was using another bind key to speak with the fleet that jumped us,

we were maneuvering, and I was playing with my RL friend, I decided to grab a cup of water and our FC told us to warp in. When I got back I noticed it was me, my friend and our FC, because my friend wanted to warp in with me. before I could ask why the FC didn't warp I heard on my Mic " ITS A TARP,!" our FC was laughing manically and pretty much told us that he sold us for a shit ton of ISK nd started to open fire at me and my friend. Unlucky for him, my college friend decided warped in his battleship on his alternative account and we killed the FC, and podded him. we were the sole survivors of that Endeavor and went back to High-sec space asap.

TLDR: the urge to grab a drink, allowed me and my friend to survive a trap and we killed the traitor FC that lead us there.

Well put it this way:

When 4 of hour FC's and backup FC's on the fleet get primaried in a row... yeah spies.

When AAA gets their FC's blapped its because they only have like 3 FC's in the entire alliance allowed to fly.
