Y'know, this entire show is pretty much Halloween costumes galore. It's called kasoh Taikai, which is pretty much a show where Japanese people construct homemade costumes that involve a skit. Watch it. It is where I have gotten many a halloween costume idea.

Thanks so much for pointing this out! I had seen it aired in Taiwan several times, but I never was able to catch the Japanese name of the show.

People on Youtube seem to think it's called kasou taishou (last syllable is different).

It is "kaisou taishou". It's just that many people seem to love to mutate the spellings of things to include crap that just doesn't exist in the first place when writing in roman letters to make it easier to read for the general westerner or whatever (I guess, I think it just makes a big mess of everything in the end imo)
