Edit: On the other hand, it's probably more likely that the pic is staged and I'm defending some random stranger for no reason.

She was probably trying to climb up onto the dresser by stepping on the slightly open drawer when she lost her grip and fell backwards. Her foot then slipped into the drawer while the rest of her fell backwards resulting in a dangling effect. I may or may not have done this as a child....

Best guess is she pulled the drawer out and was standing on it. I used to do this to reach higher cabinets when I was a kid. She probably slipped and her leg went in and body went down. Haha. Glad this never happened to me.
