you should see some of the things girls have written me on facebook...haha.

"ah cheer up buddy things aren't THAT bad" on an average photo of me out and about (all my photos on PB are when i'm out drinking because every asshole friend of mine has a camera in their phone and they use it nonstop and upload without permission)

Basically they see my face and they know some things about me, my life etc and they extrapolate that I am looking the way I do (sad and or angry) because of how terrible my life is, it's frustrating to say the least, my life aint great but atleast I'm not content with being where I am... Whats worse is when people live sad pathetic lives and are content with their sad lot in life....

Atleast have the decency to look sad if you are pathetic.

Maybe you just need a change of environment. There's nothing wrong with not being content with life, but know what you want to change and act with that goal. Apathy solves nothing.

I know the feeling. When I was in elementary school, I was constantly being asked by other students/teachers "what's wrong?", or being told to smile. I didn't get it. Why would I just go around smiling all the time?

I hear that, sometimes I'll smile but I can't force a smile , it looks ridiculous I have tried many times. When people make me smile they see a genuine smile instead, I think thats worth more than being one of those people who is always going around with a smile on their face like they're constantly orgasming

It makes sense, though. Knowing that you can end your own life, should you choose to do so, gives you a sense of control in times that might otherwise feel like you have none.

Just learn to appreciate the small things. I'm usually morose a lot but small things like a good meal tend to make me pretty happy. Think about how much worse your life could be, it isn't so bad after all.

I make a pretty good effort to control what I want to improve in my life. Sure, I'd like a better phone or something, but I never think about those things. It's impossible to be completely content, so just make the best effort to put your discontentment towards achieving things that would really benefit you, instead of just wanting everything you can't have.

I think it's better to try for that, than to pursue happiness. When you do things to make your life happier, you usually don't know when to stop, because you could always be happier; you aren't content. When you are content, you get a peacefulness that isn't necessarily joy or happiness, but you no longer feel the constant need to improve everything about your life, it's just nice and calm.
